Green infrastructure seems to be everywhere these days, popping up in community plans, engineering firms, and ecological research journals. It promises a lot – cheap, sustainable infrastructure that improves human health and ecological health in one fell swoop. But, not all green infrastructure is created equal and the great bounty of benefits ascribed to the practice cannot be assumed in every case.
