It only takes one decision to change your life and make you who you are. For me, that decision came in 2005, when I applied for a SEEDS travel fellowship to attend the INTECOL conference in Montreal.
What followed was an introduction to a world and a community I'd never known but had always hoped for -- and the links that helped me launch a career in conservation. SEEDS supported me through my master's degree, Ph.D. programs, job searches and years spent abroad. Each time I've had to make a decision, I've turned towards SEEDS and found success.
