500 Women Scientists works to build communities and foster real change that comes from small groups, not large crowds. The Mission of 500 Women Scientists is to serve society by making science open, inclusive, and accessible. Our vision is to become the foremost organization for the transformation of leadership, diversity, and public engagement in science. Please join us for an exciting lunch session (BYO)! We will together explore how to build a more inclusive and intersectional professional society. The session will consist of a learning component, networking, and we will conclude with collectively defining actionable items to enact change.
