243, New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center
Everyone is unique in every way possible. I come from a mixed family, an American father and a Puerto Rican mother. I had the best childhood in the world, not because it was fun or easy, but because it taught numerous adult challenges by the age of 10! I grew up in a scuba dive shop with an adventurous father and a not so adventurous, but very loving mother. They set the foundation for who I am today, and I owe them everything. This is the story of how I followed an ‘untraditional’ path into a career in ecology education.
