Pursue your passion, make it your profession

Something drove you here.  You likely did not enter graduate school on a whim.  There was a passion you wanted to pursue; a passion that can whither as you look out on the job market and decide what to be.  Becoming a practitioner is a challenging path.  It is where science is implemented, and where policy can be improved by experience.  You have your hands in the dirt, the seed and the ash--yet you also embody the connection between society, science and policy.  Happiness can be found here.
