Event Description: This social event will consist of short presentations, activities, and discussion between US and Canadian vegetation ecologists on ongoing efforts to inventory, classify, and map vegetation and characterize vegetation dynamics in northern North America. This discussion will leverage ongoing efforts of the US National Vegetation Classification and Canadian National Vegetation Classification. We hope to encourage collaboration between researchers and practitioners working on similar projects that focus on vegetation classification and vegetation dynamics.Group Name: ESA Vegetation Classification Panel
