I will cover basic science on population and species extinction, the impact of extinctions on the tree of life and how we are changing evolution, and the future of humanity if we do not put our act together.

I think that the extinction crisis, in a similar way to climate change, offers an opportunity to engage a broad audience from many different disciplines.
