Some people question the need for programs like the ESA SEEDS program and whether or not they have been successful in increasing representation of minorities in the field of Ecology. Storytelling is perhaps one of the most successful ways for participants to demonstrate the impact a program has on their life. Come partake in a snippet of what the SEEDS program has done for a tribal college graduate who otherwise might never have considered Ecology as a possibility. More important, witness the connections one very small program has created over the past 20 years!
