SEEDS: A catalyst for success

Some people question the need for programs like the ESA SEEDS program and whether or not they have been successful in increasing representation of minorities in the field of Ecology. Storytelling is perhaps one of the most successful ways for participants to demonstrate the impact a program has on their life.
