Big Data, Big Problems? Rather, Big Opportunities! This ignite talk will explore opportunities for skill building in the daunting but exciting world of open source data analysis, management and visualization tools! NEON is working with existing communities to build free and open data tutorials that teach key skills in free and open tools such as R, Python and QGIS. We are using a collaborative approach to build materials, host workshops and evaluate learning along the way.
